A playful combination of fruit forward Pinot Noir, Estate Grown, with brisk and spicy Barbera grapes Rosie, is a light bodied summer wine. On the nose and palate, cherry pie filling, rosewater, dried strawberry & lavender shine through for a refreshingly acidic, semi-sweet wine.

This Medium bodied wine is made with Cabernet Franc grapes from older grapevines giving more concentrated and complex flavors. The notes of tart red berries, cranberry, red apple and candied violets with savory notes of chili pepper and mint.

Our delightful Valvin Muscat and Riesling blend is fun and easy going with familiar Muscat flavors and aromatics. The classic orange blossom bursts out of the glass with fresh purple basil and tarragon. Sweet and tart peach candy and orange marmalade notes provide a mouthwatering acidity.

An exceptional vintage, this refreshing Pinot Grigio provides ample amounts of fruit character with great drinkability. The nose gives fresh white nectarine with a touch of honeysuckle florality. A fresh purity of lemon pith, raw almonds and a hint of preserved lemons makes the finish salty.

This blend of our Chardonnay grapes and a Vidal variety make this vibrant wine burst with lemon lime candy & kiwi flavors. Notes of Peony flower and lemon grass dance in its light effervescence and gives this wine its unique character.

Our vineyard’s terroir produces unique flavors in this Chardonnay and creates its rich, deep golden color. It showcases golden ripe pineapple, brushed in brown butter with notes of brown sugar. Rich vanilla, toasted hazelnut and fresh sage play in the round, mouth filling texture.

2018 Cabernet Sauvignon – Cab Franc Merlot – Carmine Franc Blend
Pinot Noir is a varietal of grape not easily grown in our area, however, Blue Elk Vineyard has been successfully harvesting this grape for 4 years. This medium bodied wine with its round and silky texture filled with ripe cherry, pomegranate, rose, sage and mushroom with notes of sweet cinnamon spice on the finish.
Take a vacation with our new Moscato Rose’ as you relax in the array of fruit from the tart white peach through refreshing watermelon & ripe strawberry. On the nose find the fragrant gardenia and enjoy the delicate acidity in the sweet finish.

Patriot is our Bordeaux-style blend, with the unique and personal touch of the Carmine Franc. A hybrid developed at Cornell, very few have access to this grape varietal! Off the vine, Carmine Franc is similar to Cabernet Franc but adds a deeper color and fresh violet character that jumps out of the glass. Fuller bodied with blackberry, elderberry, and cassis along with sweet cigar box cedar and fresh tobacco.
